These photos were taken at the US Army Aviation Museum at Fort Rucker Alabama in October of 2000.
All photos are of AH-1G aircraft. Notice that the aircraft on display outside (photos 1-13) has the tailrotor on the starboard side. The early AH-1Gs had the tailrotors on the port side and were subsequently modified. The AH-1G in photos 14-22 is the second AH-1G built and is a good example of early AH-1Gs - note tailrotor is on the port side.
The AH-1G last two
photos (23 and 24) show a later (post Vietnam?) with a more mods (wire
cutters and search light on the port skid).
