"This is the Minicraft Boeing 757 finished in one of the BA "ethnic tail" schemes. . shame they have abandoned these.  I was just starting to like 'em!

Decals in both cases are from Jennings Heilig. . . AKA Liveries Unlimited!  Almost all external colours are from  Halfords spray cans. . . can't begin to tell you the looks you get in  Halfords with a decal sheet in one hand and cans of paint in the other trying to get a match! In this instance the blue on the BA scheme (the new, lighter, slightly more purple blue BA has switched to) is Fiat Capri Blue .  Just in case anyone is interested and has a Halfords handy. . .

Sadly, this model and another airliner were destroyed on the day these pics were taken.  It was a freak accident involving a frosty night, an icy car roof, and going  back to shut the garden gate prior to attending the local model meeting.  C'est la vié I guess!"
