This is my first attempt at modifying digital photos using an old version of Adobe Photo Deluxe 2.  The backgrounds I found on the internet at different travel sites, sorry I don’t have the names of the photographers. The only advice I can offer is to find your background picture first then take pictures of your model with the same angle of sunlight. This is much easier than looking for backgrounds to match your model pictures (which I will remember next time). The first picture is a fly-by against a clear blue sky. No background was added to this photo. Just removed the clamp holding the model.

The second photo is showing the aircraft crossing the White Cliffs of Dover. I’m still trying to perfect the spinning prop. One thing I have found is that you have to trim it down quite a bit. The last photo shows two Hot Dog Pilots way to low over the Kent countryside. I think these two yanks are going to be reprimanded when the get back to Bottisham. By the way the model is the Tamiya 1/48th scale P-51D 8th Air Force. Painted as 361st Fighter Group, 375th Fighter Squadron E2-S flown by Lt. Abe P. Rosenberger. This aircraft was lost in the UK on 9 Aug 1944 along with Lt. Donald D. Dellinger during a training flight. Jason
