This is why I shouldn't do more then one model at once. Not too happy with them, but I have built worse. The decals however saved the day on both these builds. Each of these kits I received in trades on the ARC forums, thanks to my first ever trader (Sabre) and a recent local guy (Nikko).

The cammo bird is using the excellent decals from Leading Edge. It represents a Sabre 5 (sadly I built a 6) as flown by F/O FK Axtell.
Sadly this plane was lost with 3 other Sky Lancer planes practicing for a air show outside Strassbourg in March 1956.  I built this plane for the air show group build.

The silver plane uses Model Alliance decals. This is the group commanders plane from the Chatham New Brunswick Operational Training Unit. Its also the 1000th of 1815 Sabres built by Canadiar. It was safely ejected from and crashed into the brush after a engine flame outside Bathhurst NB in June 1956.
This is the first model I have built in a couple years that was not a group build or a commission build. I just had some time off work and had the time to get some stuff done.
