Hi all...

Finally finished. This is the second in my series of IAF aircraft. The IAF is a great subject matter with many historic battles hence I have much respect for them. My intention is to eventually complete a collection of each of their aircraft.

As you can see this bird is in flight, however I haven't quite yet decided how I would like to display it, so the trusty Tamiya prop stand works for now.

Construction:
Overall the build was enjoyable despite some major fit issues in the air intake ducts and on the conformal fuel tanks. Some awkward ejector pin marks had to be erased. I must say though, that it's nice to have a kit that is complete needing no after market add-ons allowing me to build this OOB.

Decals are from Cartograf so no issues there. Mr Hobby paints gave me the freehand camo I wanted with Mr Hobby flat clear sealing in the decals and weathering nicely. Canopy was nice and clear with only the need to remove the pesky centre mold line. Otherwise it provided a nice clear view into the OOB cockpit detail.

Looking forward to the next IAF aircraft which should be either an F-16 Barak, or an RF-4E Kurnass.

Thanks for viewing.

Cheers,

Christopher Yee
