Here is an RF-4C from the 148th Tactical Reconnaissance Group of the Minnesota Air National Guard. The kit is the F-4C/D from Tamiya, the RF conversion kit is from Black Box, and the intakes are Seamless from Rhino. The rest of the build is out of the box.

The stencils are from Speed Hunter Graphics. The tail code, the top of the tail, walk way outlines, national insignias, and nose gear door are painted using vinyl stickers as a mask. The vinyl masks were cut with a Silhouette Cameo stencil cutter. I used Model Master enamels, Pledge floor care prior to decals, followed by another coat of Pledge to seal the decals. I used a wash of thinned Model Master Burnt Umber, and finally a flat coat.

I made the base from a large piece of foam board, and spray painted random spots of black and gray spray paint, then used left over interior house paint, and the lines were drawn with a black marker.
