Attached is a really unusual plane on pole. I believe it's a K-43, maybe a 44. The story is that this is my girlfriend Linda's father. The place is the Philippines post 1945, not sure where (maybe someone recognizes the place). Anyway, I think it's cool and hope you like it also.

The Ki-43 on a pole was taken at Clark Airfield.  It was dismantled in the 60s by orders from the base commanded.  One of our members, Gen Aquino of the airforce knows the commander who ordered it dismantled.  The plane is a Nakajima Ki-43-II Hayabusa (Peregrine Falcon).

Cheers,

Tony
