Greece was the only country that
bought the newly built Corsairs during the mid seventies. Delivery began in
August 1975 equipping 340, 345 and 347, all designated as 'Bombing
Squadrons'.
These airframes withdraw from service in early 2007 and in our days the
only Corsairs flying worldwide are the A-7Es of the 335 sqn received in
1992 from the US Navy.
My model is Fujimi's A-7E modified to the -H(Hellas) version, mainly by
deleting the air refueling probe, some Verlinden PE parts in cockpit and
canopy, painted in SEA camo using Gunze's paints.
