This is the Tamyia 1/35 desertised Challenger II. Built almost straight out of the box, just the addition of the Tamyia etched screens are the only major addition. I used an article in Tamyia model mag as the inspiration applying some of the techniques and extras mentioned in the article. I added an old style cam net using Verlinden cam net and tea leaves to create the net. I added Miliput rolls to replicate the newer style tank covering used when the tank is stationary. It was a nice break from aircraft.

The base is a chopping board from a discount shop, 2 for £5.00 a bargain. I used some sand and rubble for the ground work.
