--------------------

The 169th Fighter Wing of the South Carolina ANG deployed to the Middle East in support of OIF with their Block 52 F-16s.  This sheet represents three of these aircraft.

A/C 914 and 549 have the full color blue/white tail flashes while A/C 537 is a standard line bird with the subdued tail markings.  All of these jets are Block 52 aircraft with A/C 169 being a CCIP upgraded bird.  CCIP is the Common Configuration Implementation Program that all F-16s will be getting at some point in the future.  This expands the capabilities of the Viper as well as bringing all the A/C in the fleet to a standardized capability.

There is nose art on two of these aircraft (914 and 537) and this artwork was applied by SrA Chad Lindner who is a crew chief with the unit.

Scooter Shooter and Holtz Hustler are done in decal form on this sheet by Archer Fine Transfers.  There are enough markings on this sheet for three complete aircraft.  The instruction sheet features loadout information as well as a bio on SrA Lindner.

The decals are very clearly printed and in perfect register.  The 2 pages of instructions easily show decal placement and how to paint the straightforward camo pattern.  The second page of the instruction sheet tells the background story about the "Holtz Hustler" gamecock artwork.  This is a great sheet for anyone interested in F-16's or OIF birds.

References for this sheet were supplied by none other than Greg Davis and Chad Lindner.  Thanks from Bob for all the help guys!
