This new decal sheet from Cutting Edge Modelworks includes markings for two different 1/32 Fw-190's.  The recommended kits for these decals is the 1/32 Hasegawa Fw-190A-8 kit.

The first aircraft is a Fw-190A-7 with Sturmstaffel 1 Salzwedel in April 1944.  This plane is white 14 (the #14 has a black outline) and the paint scheme is a camo scheme of RLM 74/75 on top and RLM 76 on the underside.  There is a green and grey mottling on the side of the fuselage.  There is a black and white fuselage band on the rear of the fuselage (almost looks like D-day stripes that the Allies used).  The lower engine cowl panel is RLM 04 yellow.  The prop cone is black with a very tight white spiral that is included as a decal.  There is nose art consisting of a unit badge which is a shield of a hand holding a lightning bolt.

The second aircraft is a Fw-190F-8 with an unknown unit on the western front in 1945.  This plane is yellow 11 (the #11 has a black outline) and the paint scheme is a camo scheme of RLM 75/83 on top and RLM 76 on the underside.

There is RLM 81 and RLM 83 mottling on the side of the fuselage and RLM 81 mottling on the tail.  Of interest is the fact there is a red set of fuselage numbers underneath the yellow set of numbers, possibility indicating this aircraft was hastily repainted and switched to a different unit.  There is a RLM 04 yellow rudder and a yellow engine cowl ring.  The prop cone is black with a white spiral that is included as a decal.  This aircraft might have been a new aircraft which means it would have a RLM66 cockpit of it might be a rebuilt Fw-190 A-4/5/6 which would mean it would have an RLM 02 cockpit.  This aircraft has the late war blown canopy.

The decals were flawlessly printed and in perfect registration and the clear carrier film is trimmed very close to the crisply printed colored areas.  The aircraft will 2 sets of numbers and it inconsistent paint scheme shows the great stress the Luftwaffe was under towards the end of the war.

The instructions are clear and includes 3 view drawings and an extra page of text instructions is included with a small bit of info about both the planes as well as helpful tips for decal application.

A very nice decal sheet and highly recommended for all the Fw-190 and Luftwaffe builders.
