Ra'anan Weiss of IsraDecal is to be commended for taking a financial risking to offer a 1/72 scale decal sheet devoted to the Grumman OV-1 Mohawk. Hasegawa released their model of the OV-1 Mohawk for the first time over 30 years ago and this is the first time that any decal manufacturer was willing to produce decals for this airplane. To say that the wait was worth it would be a cliché and to wait 30 years for any decal sheet is a bit long but as they say, better late than never. Take out those long neglected Hasegawa kits from your loft and push away the stacks of Messerschmitt and F-16s from the model shelves the new IsraDecal sheet gives Grumman's Mohawk family its day in the sun.
