These new resin set of resin seamless intakes from Cutting Edge Modelworks will be a very welcome item for anyone building the 1/32 Academy F/A-18C/D kit.  I was quite impressed when I saw that the intakes were done in white resin and the fan blades were done in gray resin.  Painting white is always a difficult task for all but the most seasoned scale modeller and doing these in white resin will assist greatly.  A bit of effort will be required to remove these resin parts from their casting blocks, but that will not require too much effort.

Resin casting is of a very high quality and all the detail is very well done with no air bubbles.  This new resin set from Cutting Edge Modelworks will permit modelers to take their 1/32 Academy F/A-18C/D kit and give it some first rate intakes and save themselves time and effort.
