Most
of know the story of the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo from the top Secret base
Shangri-la (aka USS Hornet) in the dark days shortly after WW2. Well this
decal sheet features one of the more interesting B-25's that was part of that
raid. The pilot of this aircraft was injured and lost a leg in this
mission and later returned home and wrote the book "30 seconds over
Tokyo". Plus you get a whole host of other bombers...all on one decal
sheet.

The instructions are exhaustively
detailed and provide a wealth of text on each aircraft type to assist the
modeller. The decals are beautifully printed on 1
decal sheet. Wolfpak
Decals is famous for
carrying a variety of aircraft on one decal sheet and this release is no
exception. It's good to see this sort of variety from B-24's to B-1's and
plenty in between...including a chopper. The CH-47D features a big Daffy
Duck cartoon on the nose. The B-52 features Donald Duck standing on a
cloud getting ready to toss a round black bomb with the fuse already lit with
the text beside him that reads "Let's make a deal".
It's
a treat to see all the variety of interesting subjects Wolfpak
Decals comes
up with for ach of their decal sheets.
