Here are some photos of his 1/72nd Spitifre that I completed a short time ago.  With the exception of some masking tape seatbelts, it's pretty much straight out of the box.

"A little history I found while researching this project, was that this aircraft, RB159, was flown by Sqn Ldr R. Newbery, OC of 610 Sqn, West Malling, England. He is credited with the destruction of 7 "Diver" V-1 rockets over Kent, while No. 610 "County of Chester" Sqn, was credited with 50 V-1's during the summer of 1944."

"The kit came with ground rockets, but I left them off, as I never had any proof of this aircraft carrying them.

I finished the kit in Model Master RAF color paints, and added some Aircraft Interior black and brown for exhausts stains. For the gun soot, I used ground up pastels."
