1/48 Hasegawa Me-109 G6 "metal"

Gallery Article by Alejandro Núñez on Apr 30 2010

An 109 in polished metal finishing, I know that is an unusual aspect but I like it, this aircraft was flown by Oblt Kurt Gabler from JG 300, middle of 1944

I worked over Hasegawa model and painted with ACLAD  (ALC-101 ALUMINIUM, ALC-102 DURALUMINIUM, ALC-103 DARK ALUMINIUM, ALC-106 WHITE ALUMINIUM, ALC-104 PALE BURNT METAL and ALC-105 POLISHED ALUMINIUM) with an first hand of gloss black paint

My model have details home-made and pieces of remnant PE, no decals (unless number EIGHT)

This is definitely my favorite job so far You can see more pictures in http://www.solomaquetas.com/board/index.php?showtopic=3826.

I hope that you like it
