Well...its big. Trumpeter is not awful, not bad. But for 1/32 and the cost I would expect a little more detail and better fit. Still These things can not be all Tamiya quality, and a little putty never hurt anyone. The markings are for the recent Su-22 shoot down by VFA-87 Golden Warriors on their first Super Hornet cruise over Syria.

The decals are wonderfully printed by Speed Hunter graphics. I had a minor technical issue that the huge decal company staff was able to fix for me with no trouble. Jake and his massive crew at Speed Hunter Graphics will not steer you wrong. I would recommend using a VERY lightened paint scheme. The decals are very closely matched colour wise. Therefore leaving very little contrast. But it sure looks like a modern USN plane once done.

I am looking forward to a future more colourful VFA-213 build from this same decal sheet.
