This model resulted from my F-19 Stealth Fighter project. I bought it because I needed some decals from this kit.

The quality of the kit is amazing: The parts fit well and the surfaces are lovely detailled. I placed two figures from Heroes Models ( https://heroesmodels.it/ ) inside the cockpit, because I wanted to show it airborne. Further I added a HUD out of transparent plastic.

I painted the model with brush with colors from Humbrol and Revell (enamels).

The decals for the walkways beside the cockpit are a bit problematic, because they collide with the LEX fences, it´s necessary to cut off the according area.

I sealed the model with flat, clear varnish from Tamiya.

The display was made from a 3 mm thick polysterene board. I imitated waves on its surface and painted it with a mixture of blue and dark green. A rod out of acrylic glass (Ø 2 mm) keeps the little Hornet in the air.
