Worked on this kit on weekends and finally it is complete. I had ordered this kit 3 years ago. The kit had markings for Royal Air Force [UK] as depicted on the box and had to procure separate Decals to make the model in Indian Air Force markings.

The model is painted in No 14, Fighting Bulls Squadron which has a beautiful logo of a charging bull, which can be seen behind the engine intake. The colors applied to my model are of the 80s era, medium grey and dark green camouflage with Flat Black on all forward edges. As on today most of the Indian Air Force aircrafts including the Jaguar are painted in overall Grey.

The kit is a Good kit, fun to make and can be rated at level 3 expertise. However some critical parts are not provided in the kit, like the 2 total pressure probes on the nose section.

I still paint scale models traditionally using “Hair “ brushes compared to modern techniques like using “Air“ Brushes and a compressor.

Thank You for spending your time and viewing my model.
