After five
years without building any aircraft, I'm back again doing one of the best
things in my life...!!! I made this aircraft for a very good friend of
mine, this is the first time I used an airbrush, so this was my first
experience using some of weathering and washing techniques that I learned on
the ARC website and other sources. This Kfir is from Italeri, a very simple
kit, I made it Out of Box (still some parts to glue on), and I didn't follow the
correct pattern of painting or even the exact colours because my intention was
to learn how to use the airbrush and weathering. I've added the name of my
friend which will keep the aircraft (CDR. Welber " Spider")
in the left side of the nose to be little bit funny. As my first experience
I'm satisfied, and I hope you are not too disappointed with my job,
I promise the second one will be much better.

I already started to work on a Italeri A-4E, which I will paint in a aggressor
scheme and add some etched parts. Thanks for everyone that put articles here and Steve
Bamford for the help and inspiration that helps us keep going with our
passion.
