1/32 Hasegawa F-16B

--------------------

This model I made in 1987.  It was converted from the F-16A Hasegawa kit nr. 1202 -- USAF - 8e TFW  AFB  Kunsan South Korea.  The most important extra's of course are the second cockpit and some small access doors that were opened.  Also the wingflaps were separated.

The whole cockpit interior with its consoles and both the ejection seats are totally scrathbuilt.  Also watch the thin (home made plasticard) "movable" fins at the front of the sidewinder missiles.

The canopy is the only part that that is not self made.  It was bought in a shop in Texas.  I could buy it from my very good friend and Dutch 1/32 top-modeller Cees Hendriks, who had fortunately two examples ordered those days!  (After all those years, still thanks for that Cees! )  The canopy however was rough and took a lot of sanding and further detailing.

Watch the photo's and enjoy ( I hope)
