1/48 Revell Sopwith Camel F1

by Olivier De Menech

This a very poor kit with a lot of work to create a model that I'm happy to see.

All the parts needed to be sanded, cut, prepared before gluing or painting them.

The cockpit is scratch built.

But it was an enjoyable experience that helped me learn new techniques and improve my skills.

Paints are from "Prince August" and decals are from the box.

I used pilots from the Eduard box : "RFC personnel WWI".

I enjoyed building this kit very much

Not a great kit, but a lot of fun for my second WWI plane after the little Fokker Dr1 from Revell in 1/72 scale.

I hope you'll like it.

Great modelling !
