This is my 1/48 Hasegawa F-4F.  I used an Aires cockpit, resin burner nozzles, TD intakes, a few PE items for the undercarriage.  I primed the model with Mr. Surfacer 1200, after it dried I painted the model in white satin decanted from a can of Fusion for Plastic.  I custom mixed the orange paint using GSI acrylics.  Various reference were gathered to the get the right shade of orange.  Metal and exhaust areas were painted using Alclad II.  Finally, I used the excellent Twobobs for the decals.

I found the Aires cockpit to be very nice but took alot of sanding and dry fitting to fit.  Overall I like how it turned out.  The TD intakes were a little short in length.  Same length as the old kit's raised intakes.  Also, I borrowed the WRM centerline tank from my Revell F-15E to fit the phantom's.

Overall it was a fun build and would look forward to my next F-4F build.
