Liberia Independence Day

Maldives Independence Day

Andy Harsanto has done an amazing amount of detailing and scratchbuilding to create his 1/48 Hasegawa Hovering Harrier GR MK.7.  Andy was very careful to get the mechanical details correct as a Harrier would appear when hovering.  He goes into some very helpful details in his article explaining the process.
Tigre del Aire  joins us from warm Colombia with his 1/72 Airfix Il-2 M3 Sturmovik.  Tigre del Aire added extra detail and finished his Sturmovik in one of the more colourful paint job I've saeen on a Sturmovik.

John Wolstenholme starts today with the 4th and final part of his series on super detailing his 1/32 Academy F/A-18A.  Today John details the gearbays, crew ladder, fuel probe and so much more.
Gabriel Stern is here with another of his creative designs from aviation history.  This is his Scratch-built 1/72 McClary "A" motorglider 1929 which is one very wacky aircraft and as usual Gabriel's article is an amusing read.
David Qu joins us with his very nicely done 1/48 Academy F-16.  This is David's first model using an airbrush and when you read his article you will see he had the classic problems we all get when building a model and things don't go right.  I do like how his F-16 turned out and I look forward to seeing more of his models on ARC in the future.
Armin Knes has done a fine job building and finishing his 1/48 MPM Petljakow Pe-2 FT.  Armin is amassing quite the collection of Russian/Soviet aircraft and this latest beauty was a pleasure to see.
Kit Leung is here with a brightly painted 1/72 Hasegawa Mitsubishi XT-2.  Kit rescribed the panel lines and detailed this Japanese trainer with resin seats to complete the detailing.

Here is a preview of the new 1/48 TA-4J/F & A-4F/M Skyhawks decal sheet from Fightertown Decals.  This decal sheet features eight VF-126/Topgun FIGHTERTOWN SCOOTERS.

I have a review of the new 1/48 F/A-18F VFA-154 Black Knights decal sheet from Afterburner Decals.  This decal sheet includes 4 different Black Knight jets including a hi-vis CAG jet.

John Wolstenholme is here with part 3 of his 4 part series on building his 1/32 Academy F/A-18A.  Today John shows you how to super detail the landing gear and gear bays as well as reworking the flaps and flap hinges.  Lovely work John.
Angelo M Picardo is a Paramedic with the East of England Ambulance Service and today he is here with his very nicely done 1/72 Medicopter 117.  Angelo has access for a special boxing of this chopper in the Paramedic with the East of England Ambulance Service markings and in his article there is a link where you can buy this model with these rare markings.
Danny Braverman is here with his eye popping 1/48 Airfix Lightning F.6.  Danny used a resin cockpit with a flawless painting job to dress up his Lightning and then collected various decals to get a full set of the markings he wanted and the final topper is the paint and weathering job on this lightning.  Amazing.
PHAN NGUYEN Hoang Nguyen joins us today with his second model on ARC.  This particular 1/48 Tamiya Skyraider A1-H is in South Vietnamese markings and features a full weapons load and one heck of a well done paint and weathering job.
Pete Morgan has done a stellar piece of work on his 1/72 Hasegawa Harrier GR7.  This is of course the British version of the Harrier and Pete captured the look of the Brit Harrier very well.  Of course the weathering and weapons help to bring this gem to life.

I have a review of the new 1/48 F/A-18 C VFA-37 Ragin' Bulls decal sheet from Afterburner Decals.  This decal sheet includes markings for 9 different 1/48 F/A-18C's in mostly high viz CAG or CO paint schemes.

Tolga ULGUR is here today with his most recent masterpiece.  This is Tolga's 1/48 Dragon Junkers JU-88A4 in one of the more interesting camo schemes I've seen on a Ju-88.  Tolga added full but subtle weathering to his Ju-88 to complete the look of realism.  Check out the photos of the instrument panel and cockpit....amazing work.
Jeremias Nicolas Luchina is here with something very unique.  This is his 1/48 Aconcagua AT-63 Pampa II with some added gearbay detailing and finished of in Argentine markings with an attractive camo scheme..
Fernando I. Moreno Villa has taken the older 1/72 Monogram F8F-1 Bearcat kit and with some careful work he has turned it into quite the fine looking Bearcat.  Fernando improved the simplistic cockpit with some scratchbuilt detailing and dropped the control surfaces and did other work to upgrade this older kit.  He then finished it off in a multi-shade baremetal finish.
Konley Kelley is back today with his 1/72 Revell Martin B-26B photographed in one of his digital masterpieces.  He finished his B-26 with Zotz decals and then posed it completing a bombing mission during WW2.  It is always a treat to see Konley's latest work.
