Gustavo Antonelli starts today with  of of the aircraft made famous during WW1.  This is his 1/72 Heller LFG Roland C.II with quite a few scratchbuilt details to the cockpit area that greatly improve the detail on this classic kit.  Gustavo also added two crew figures to add further realism to his biplane.

Andrea De Tora is here from Italy with a very special 1/72 Italeri Eurofighter 2000.  Andrea finished this Typhoon a one of the prototypes as it appeared at an airshow in Italy.  Andrea added intake covers along with covers on some of the flying surfaces.

Tigre del Aire dropped by the ARC Corporate Offices in Colombia with this beautifully done 1/72 ICM I-16 Type 24.  This I-16 was finished with custom made markings for a Chinese fighter that bravely battled the Japanese in the skies over China.  It's good to see an I-16 in Chinese markings.

Mexican Revolution Anniversary

Shawn "phantom" Weiler begins today with his big beautiful 1/32 Revell F-4G Phantom #175.   Yup....this is Shawn's 175th Phantom on ARC.  Shawn used the CAM resin conversion to change the E into a G and SAC metal landing gear and finished it all off in a very attractive Euro paint scheme.  Beautifully done Shawn.

Kees Kuyper joins us today with his latest model.  This is Kees 1/72 Revell Focke Wulf TA-152H in classic late war luftwaffe camo.  Kees has included photos of some of his other luftwaffe model for you to enjoy.  I always enjoy seeing Kees latest model on ARC.

Robert-Jan Willekens has dropped by with his 1/48 Hasegawa/Hobbycraft Vought F4U-4 Corsair.  This is a kit bash between the Hasegawa and Hobbycraft kits with a resin cockpit.  Sounds like it was quite the challenge to build, well worth the effort though, it came out looking great.

S K Loh is here with the first of three of the tiny 1/144 Hornets.  Today he begins his Hornet Trio with his 1/144 Revell CF-18A Hornet in the famous Hornet Demo Bird markings.  This was without a doubt one of the most attractive paint schemes worn by a CF-18.  I love this tiny Hornet.

Ole A. Hoel combined parts from 3 kits to build his 1/72 Italeri Bf 110G-4Ole also added props from Quickboost to improve the detailing on this older kit.  Ole built his 110 as a nightfighter...complete with those delicate looking radar antennas and a flawless looking camo scheme.

Gary Wiley has done a first class build on the 1/48 Tamiya P-51D.  Gary dressed up the cockpit with scratchbuilt seat belts and then wrapped everything up with a light weathering job.  This is one very good looking Mustang....beautiful work Gary.

Sertac Bayar did quite a bit of extra detailing on his 1/48 Heller RF-84F.  This is an older basic kit, but that didn't stop Sertac from adding cockpit details and exterior detailing along with cutting open the canopy to show off his wonderfully done cockpit detailing.  The choice of SEA camo looks excellent for his Turkish jet.

Julio Abraham Toro dropped by the corporate office in Chile with his beautifully done 1/72 Hobbyboss Chance Vought F-4U-4 Corsair.  Julio added extra details to the exhausts and antenna before giving his Corsair a first class weathering job with his brush and airbrush.  This is a lovely example of a Korean War Corsair.

Just a partial update today...my main ARC computer has died and I'm busy getting a new computer configured and moving files from the old machine.
