Cameroon National Day

Shawn "phantom" Weiler starts today with his sharp looking RCAF 1/48 Revell F-86 Sabre. Shawn used the Leading Egde decal sheet and included photos of his Sabre/ Vampire/ CT-133 that were all built using this decal sheet.  His Sabre looks great as do his other 2 "City of Montreal" jets.

Bartosz Piotrowski joins us with photos of his excellent looking 1/72 Fujimi Nakajima Ki43-I "Hayabusa.  The markings for this fighter are for Oct. 1942 Hanoi AB/Indo-China.  I love the look of this Hayabusa.

Dragan Cvetic has done a fantastic job weathering and detailing his 1/72 Italeri MiG-29 9-12.  Dragan did extra detailing to get his MiG-29 looking more detailed and more accurate and finished it off as a Yugoslav jet with Lift Here decals and an amazing weathering job.  Wow....it looks perfect.

Turkish Remembrance  of Ataturk and Youth Day for Turkey

Muhammad Farouk S. Tan has been busy adding first class detail to his 1/72 Italeri F-5A.  Farouk chose an F-5 from the Pililippines and gave it a wonderful baremetal finish.  I love to see Philippine aircraft on ARC and this F-5 is a treat to see.

Donn A. Wells M.D. gets things started today with one of the coolest looking jets ever made.  This is the tiny 1/144 Dragon X-29 in all it's glory.  It looks great and it is hard to believe this is a tiny 1/144 model...the detail of this model is fantastic.  Nice job Donn.

Jens Gerber joins us today with a very special test aircraft.  Jens added an Eduard photo etch cockpit set to his 1/48 Hobbycraft Polikarpov I 16 Type 18 and chose the markings for a test aircraft on skis with the Finnish Air Force in 1940.  Check out the wonderful detail on the skis.

Jean-Charles Goddet has done a stunning job on his 1/72 Hobbyboss Dassault Rafale MJean-Charles added drop tanks and a full weapons load plus an amazing weathering job to complete this amazing Rafale.  He then displayed it on a carrier deck base complete with patches.....I love the whole display.

Lee, Seok Joo gets today started in style with his super detailed 1/48 Airfix TSR.2.  Seok Joo used plenty of detail items including Wolfpack (cockpit, avionics, and wheels) and CMK (cockpit, canopy, wheel bays, engine, air-brake, flaps, and landing gear strut) to give his TSR.2 a fantastic level of detail.  His model was then finished with a full weathering job.  Wow....enjoy the photos.

Amin Ghazzaoui has done a stunning job on his bare metal 1/48 Academy P-38J.  Amin gave his P-38 a full weapons load and finished it with nose art to complete.  This is an exceptional looking P-38 and I love the look of this Lightning.

Philipp has got everything looking perfect on his 1/48 Revell U.S.A. Republic F-105D "Arkansas Traveller".  Philipp dressed up the cockpit with scratchbuilt details with great success and finished off his Thud in a  faded war worn SEA camo scheme which looks just like the real jets from that time period.  Simply amazing work Philipp.

Philipp gets your week started with his big and beautifully done 1/48 Airfix Martin B-57G Canberra "Night Intruder".  Philipp added scratchbuilt detail to the cockpit,  bomb bays and wheel wells plus correct US bombs before finishing it all off in a  flawless camo scheme complete with chipped paint.  Simply perfect.

Douglas Conrady is here with an exceptionally special 1/350 L' Arsenal EC-130E.  The scale is a rare one for a Hercules and the subject matter is equally special.  This is one of the aircraft used in Operation Eagle Claw (the attempted rescue mission of the US hostages in Iran). The EC-130E mods were all carefully done on this tiny model and Douglas tells the story of the mission and model build in his article.  I loved seeing this one Douglas.

Shawn phantom Weiler is also here with a historic aircraft.  This is his 1/48 Hasegawa RF-4E, Phantom #160 in the markings for a Turkish recon bird shot down by Syria last year. Shawn was able to build his Phantom with the help of Hi Decal Line.....wow Phantom 160?!?!?.....I am impressed Shawn.

Lee, Seok Joo is here with his big and beautiful 1/32 Trumpeter F-14D Grim Reapers.  Seok Joo gave his Tomcat a full weathering job so it looks like the real jet and finished it off with VF-101 Grim Reapers markings from the Fightertown decals.  WOW WOW WOW...I love this F-14!!!

Cyril Worley has done extensive detailing on his 1/32 Revell DH98 Mosquito FB Mk VI.  Cyril has opened one of the engines and given it full wiring and plumbing and done other detailing to bring his Mossie to life.  Enjoy the photos....I know I sure did..

Artur Oslizlo/Arkady72 has done a stunning job on his Danish 1/48 Hasegawa SaaB RF-35 Draken.  Artur used a Aires resin cockpit and then finished it off with an amazing paint and weathering job.  This is a great looking Draken.

Jens Gerber gets today's update started in style with his fantastic looking 1/48 Revell Me 163 B Komet.  Jens dressed up the detail with different items including Eduard photo etch seat belts and then finished it all off with a flawless camo paint job complete with subtle weathering.

Vitor Sousa did an extra amount of detailing to his 1/72 HobbyBoss SH-60B Seahawk HSL-49 Scorpions to make it truly exceptional.  But it didn't stop there, he also finished it with a perfect paint job that gives his chopper a wonderfully realistic appearance.  I love the work Victor did on his Seahawk. 

Bartosz Piotrowski is here with a very historic Su-15.  This is his 1/72 AMODEL Su-15TM in the markings for the interceptor that shot down Korean Airlines Flight 007 back in 1983 with the tragic loss of so many innocent lives.  I remember this event well and it is very special to see the Su-17 that was involved in this sad event.  Beautiful work Bartosz.

V.E. Day - Victory in Europe 1945

Dragan Cvetic has done an impressive job detailing and weathering his 1/72 Airfix A-4B.  This Skyhawk is loaded with 3 bombs and the long range tanks to permit it to do bombing missions during the Falklands War.  The weathering is excellent on this A-4.

Axel Grundmann is here with a very cool looking 1/48 IBEX T-6A Texan II.  The camo scheme and markings are for a Mexican trainer using Zotz Decals and I must say I really do like the look of the gray camo on this Mexican Texan  II.  I love Mexican aircraft.

Donn A. Wells M.D. reworked critical areas of the 1/72 Hobbyboss F9F- 5 Panther to get  a much more pleasing model of this Korean war jet.  I was quite impressed with the photo of the cockpit, but as you read Donn's article you will see there was plenty of work done to this model.  Simply beautiful.

Michael Keogh gets things fired up today with his 1/48 Monogram F-80 Shooting Star.  Michael chose to build his Shoot Star with the access panel open and the tail cone off to fully display the engine.  No doubt about it...these older Monogram kit build into beautiful models as Michael has shown.

Fred Smith is here with his fully operational 1/16 UH-1N Twin Huey.  This is an R/C Huey with all the complexity you would expect from an R/C model along with all the wonderful detail you would expect from a static scale model.  This model is the absolute best of both worlds....I love it.

Burt Gustafson is here with his excellent looking and very colorful 1/48 Hasegawa F/A-18E Super Hornet.  Burt built his Super Hornet out of the box to his usual very high standard.  I always enjoy seeing Burt's latest Model on ARC.  Simply lovely.

Ramon R. Lomeli starts your week with 1/48 Monogram F-8 Crusader and what a great looking Crusader it is with its colourful markings.  Ramon added metal landing gear and a resin seat with foil seat belts.  This is one sharp looking jet.

Amin Ghazzaoui is here with a very attractive 1/48 Accurate Miniatures Avenger MK1.  This is a British Avenger from convoy duty in the North Atlantic during WW2.  Amin added Eduard photo etch to dress up the cockpit and I sure did enjoy seeing the photos of this Avenger in it's distinctive camo scheme.

Douglas Conrady is here with model we don't see very often.  This is his 1/144 Real Space Models Titan II ICBM which is part of his SAC display and the cool part is his model is displayed on a civil defense fallout shelter sign.  Nicely done Douglas.

Shawn phantom Weiler gets your Friday update started with his 1/48 Hasegawa F-4E , Phantom #159.  Shawn used the True Details cockpit and finished it all off with decals from Hi Decal Line for a great looking Turkish jet.  Beautiful work Shawn.

Artur Oslizlo/Arkady72 has done an exceptionally nice job building and weathering his 1/48 Eduard Hawker Tempest.  Artur built his Tempest out of the box with excellent results.  I know you'll enjoy seeing the photos of this one.

Dragan Cvetic has taken the 1/144 Eduard MiG-21 BIS and finished it to a very high quality.  The markings are for a Yugoslav jet using Balkan Models.  It's amazing how detailed this 1/144 MiG-21 is.  Very nicely done Dragan.

S K Loh starts today with his tiny 1/144 Hellenic RF-4E Phantom.  S K Loh added quite a few scratchbuilt details to improve this little Phantom and then finished it off with an attractive camo scheme with custom made decals.  It's amazing how detail this tiny Phantom is and I love the look of it.

Robert R. Heeps is here with a very interesting story about his model.  His 1/72 Revell P-47 Thunderbolt wears the captured markings for an ETO Jug called "Beetle".  One side wears German markings and the other side wears American markings.

Paolo De Sanctis joins us from Italy with his 1/72 Academy MiG.21F in a stunning multi-shade aluminium finish.  Paolo chose to finish his MiG-21 in North Vietnamese markings in a very attractive in-flight pose.

May Day Labor Day

Anniversary of first engagement of Argentine Airforce in Malvinas / Falklands War (1982)

Jorge Andres Rivas Krause starts today with his beautifully done 1/48 Hasegawa SAAB J35 Draken.  Jorge added scratchbuilt detail to the cockpit along with other improvements and finished it all off with a stunning paint job with subtle weathering.  I love this Draken and hope to see more of Jorge's models on ARC in the future.

Wong, Ryan joins us today with my favourite Japanese fighter.  This is his 1/48 Kawasaki Ki-61-I Hien with custom painted markings and a fantastic looking camo paint job.  Ryan also added seatbelts to the cockpit with great results.  No doubt about it, this is one great looking Hein and I love Ryan's work on it. 

Scott Vomacka is back today with another of his bare metal foil beauties.  This is Scott's 1/48 Revell F-84E Thunderjet flawlessly finished in foil with some very attractive colorful markings.  This is a great looking F-84E and the addition of cockpit detailing is just icing on the cake.  Simply beautiful.

Artur Oslizlo starts things off today with his highly detailed 1/48 Trumpeter Su-24M.  Artur added an Aires cockpit, wheel bays and did some stunning detail painting in all the high detail areas before going with a full weathering and markings from Begemot decals and a full weapons load.  This is a stunning Su-24M. 

Victor De Jesus joins us with his big beautiful 1/32 Revell Hawker Hurricane Mk. IIC in a very unique desert camo scheme.  Victor drilled the cannon barrels and added antenna wire for added realism, but what makes this model look so good is the subtle weathering on this very unique camo scheme. 

Douglas Conrady is here with another of his SAC bombers.  This in his 1/144 Revell B-52H complete with a weapons load and a wonderful bare metal finish .  Excellent work Douglas.

Kees Kuyper is here with a very unique aircraft...the Lockheed T-30.  I love this aircraft design with it's twin booms and pusher prop engine.  Very creative Kees....thanks very much for sharing.

Paolo De Sanctis has done a wonderful job on the 1/72 Academy MiG-27 "Flogger B".  Paolo added a weapons load and posed his MiG-27 in a very realistic in-flight display and I really like the way his finished model looks.  Enjoy the photos.. 

Jens Gerber is here with his 1/48 Revell Bf 110 G4/R6 with all it's nightfighter gear.  Jens used a few different aftermarket detail sets along with his own scratchbuilt details to detail his 110 and then finished it all off with a most amazing camo paint scheme.  WOW....it looks great.

Shawn "phantom" Weiler is here with a very attractive RAF Phantom he built for the current Group Build here on ARC.  Shawn's 1/48 Hasegawa F-4 Phantom FGRMk2 uses Two Mikes resin intake plugs and is finished in the markings for a Phantom with 92 squadron RAF.

grobber joins us today with his first article on ARC and what a great model it is.  This is his 1/32 Tamiya Spitfire Modification XXX Beer Truck with a lovely weathering job.  grobber added a pile of Eduard, BarracudaCast, Alley Cat, RB Model Barrels as well as markings from Victory Model Decals.  Along with wire for added detailing.  This is one stunning Spitfire and I look forward to seeing more models from grobber in the future. 

Carmel J Attard has done an exceptionally fine job on his 1/72 Airmodel XF-92A Delta.  This is a vac-u-formed kit and Carmel did all the additional work to turn this kit into a stunning model of this little known delta wing aircraft.  Carmel tells the full history of the Convair XF-92A Delta along with what was involved to build his model to such a high level of excellence.

Marco Antonio Gutierrez is here from Chile with his first article on ARC.  1/48 Academy MiG-21 Swordfish.  Marco chose the Polish markings with swordfish artwork along the side of the fuselage.  I love this MiG-21 and I am excited to see more of Marco's models on ARC in the future. 

Damian Murphy has done a stellar job on his 1/32 Dragon P-51D Mustang.  Damian added extra scratchbuilt details to the cockpit on hid P-51 and then gave it a most amazing weathering job.  The weathered paint work is flawless and the choice of markings for ace Major Preddy is a very pleasing choice.

Warren A. is here to make you grin with his very creative Blue Angel Egg Planes in the "Mirror Pass".  Warren adjusted the pilots head on one of the Blue Angels and dropped the tail hooks.  No doubt about it...this is one very cool Eggplane display.

England - St. George's Day

Victor De Jesus built this very attractive 1/32 Hasegawa Me 262A mostly out of the box with some minor scratchbult details and finished it in the markings of Generalleutnant Adolf Galland when he was with JV44.  Very nicely done Victor.

Mukund Vora joins us today with his fantastic looking 1/48 Forward Operating Base somewhere in.......  Mukund added a variety of aircraft and ground equipment and figures to pull his whole diorama together.  It's good to see all the models in this display and especially enjoyable to see his V-22 Osprey...which I haven't seen before.

Polly Singh has done a wonderful job detailing and weathering his 1/32 Tamiya IAF Spitfire Mk VIII.  This is an Indian Air Force Spitfire used by India in the late '40's and Polly tells the history in his article and also includes plenty of photos showing this beautiful IAF build.

Chuck Sawyer has taken the very high end 1/32 Tamiya P-51D kit and added detail parts from Web Garden, BarracudaCast, Eduard and Aires along with scratchbuilt parts.  Chuck's Mustang is loaded with detail in every area including full wiring and plumbing in the gear bays and then is finished with decals from Zotz decals and along with BarracudaCals cockpit stencils and placards.  WOW WOW WOW!!!  I LOVE it!!!

Artur Oslizlo/Arkady72 has done a truly exceptional job on his 1/48 Trumpeter MiG-23MS.  Artur started with an M version and converted it to the MiG-23MS and then finished it all off in Libyan with a stunning weathering job that is very subtle.

Waldemar Pupar is here with his heavily weathered 1/48 Eduard Yak-1.  Waldemar  built this one out of the box with some very skillful weathering added to his Yak-1 to give it an amazing look.

Orlando Sucre Rosales is a well known ARC regular from Caracas,  Venezuela today he joins us to mark the 95th anniversary of the death of the Red Baron with his 1/72 Revell Fokker Dr.I.  Orlando chose the markings for the Red Barron's last plane and he offers some very helpful insight into building this old kit as well as what shade of red he used for this attractive Tri-plane..

Jean-Charles Goddet gets things started today with his 1/72 Hasegawa Lockheed Martin F-16C.  Jean-Charles added plenty of detail using CMK resin and photo etch to dress up the cockpit and ammo feed and even the radar.  Then Jean-Charles finished it off with great looking tailart using Fox One decals

Corbett Legg has taken the old 1/72 FROG Bristol Beaufighter Mk. If kit and transformed it into a Czech night fighter with 68 squadron in the RAF using detail items from Aires and Quickboost and finished it all off with markings from the Czech company MPD decals. 

Douglas Conrady is here with the second in his tribute to the SAC with his 1/144 Hobby Craft B-58.  Douglas did an excellent bare metal finish and then chose some very attractive markings for his B-58.  Nicely done Douglas.

Serge Dompierre added resin ejection seats to dress up the cockpit on his 1/48 Hasegawa CF-104DHe gave it a flawless bare metal finish and then finished it off 417 Squadron based at Cold Lake in 1982 using decals are from Belcher's Bits.  I love the photos.

Waldemar Pupar has done an excellent job on his gun nosed version of the 1/48 Tamiya Mosquito FB.VI.  Waldemar gave it a full weathering job and finished it as a RNZAF aircraft with the RAF.  This is a great looking model and I quite enjoyed seeing the photos of it.

Prokopis Kroustallis has done a gorgeous job building and finishing his 1/72 Italeri Rafale M.  Prokopis chose the markings for a French Rafale complete with missiles.  I love the look of the Rafale and this one looks great.

Syria Independence Day

Shawn "phantom" Weiler has done a stellar job on his big 1/32 Hasegawa CF-104 Starfighter.  Shawn added photo etch and finished it off with Leading Edge decals for a Canadian bird.  I'm quite impressed to see all the detail including the radar in the nose. 

Bernard Lapeyrie has been busy getting everything looking perfect on his 1/48 MPM Petlyakov Pe-2.  Bernard gave his Pe-2 a full weathering job and finished it off with markings from Eagle Strike decals.  I love the look of his Pe-2.

Steven De Mulder is here with some photos from the recent IPMS Antwerp convention 2013 It looks like this was an excellent show.

Denmark Queen's Birthday

Dragan Cvetic starts today with his stunning 1/72 Academy MiG-23 MFDragan put plenty of work into his 'Flogger' by rescribing the panel lines and scratchbuilding a cockpit before finishing it off with a full weathering job and Iraqi Air Force markings.

Michael "Chewy" Choo had plenty of fun building his 1/72 Hasegawa F-15C (E13) - "Lucifer's Eagle".  Michael built this model from the remains of an earlier attempt and added a full flame job to complete his Eagle in a very unique paint scheme. I love the look of it.

Eugene Tan is here with his 1/72 Tamiya P-51D Mustang Thunderbirds 'Bicentennial Special'.  This vintage Mustang was painted up in these colors to remember the early years of the Thunderbird Flight demo team.  I love the look of it.

Fabio Taira starts today with his eye catching 1/48 Hasegawa Grumman F-14 Tomcat.  Fabio added a resin cockpit and hydraulic lines from copper wires along with weapons from Hasegawa and finished it all off with Fightertown Decals.

Douglas Conrady is here with his flawless looking 1/144 Academy B-47E.  This tiny Stratojet started as a B version and Douglas converted it to an E version and he explains this process in his article.  It's an attractive model and I definitely like how well the bare metal finish turned out.  You'll be seeing more of his models on ARC in the coming weeks.

Lorenzo Cassinadri has created a very dynamic diorama of the 1/48 ICM-Tamiya P-51 Mustangs " Tuskegee Airmen".  Lorenzo used cell phone motors to power the props and then posed them both in an in-flight diorama.  I love seeing model of the planes flown by the Tuskegee Airmen and to see two of them flying in their natural element is a very pleasing site.

Fazaeli Adrian has done an exceptional job super detailing his 1/32 Tamiya IRIAF F-4D Phantom II.  This Iranian Phantom was given resin and photo etch goodies from a variety of companies and finished it all off with a full weathering job and aftermarket decals.  Wow sit back and enjoy the photos....this one is a beauty.

Orlando Sucre Rosales joins us from warm Caracas, Venezuela with his beautifully weathered 1/72 Hasegawa A6M3 type 22 Zero.  Orlando really did a wonderful job on his Zero and he tells the full story in his article.

Artur Oslizlo/Arkady72 joins us from Poland 1/48 Trumpeter MiG-23MF.  Artur started with the MiG-23M that he converted into the MF model and then finished it off with markings for a Polish aggressor jet.  This one is a beauty.

Frederic COTTIN is here with a very special 1/48 Hasegawa Mitsubishi F-2B.  Frederic chose special anniversary markings which include a Samurai warrior on the tail.  He also kept the canopy open to show off all the detail.  

Ignacio Larrañaga joins us from Uruguay with his first article on ARC.  I'm pleased to show you his 1/72 Revell F8F Bearcat that includes scratchbuilt details to improve the cockpit.  Very nicely done Ignacio and welcome to ARC.

Carmel J Attard has been busy building his 1/72 Italeri Airmacchi MB-326 complete with a Pavla Models resin cockpit set.  Carmel choset he colourful scheme of an Italian jet and as an added bonus he's included photos of his Italian Tornado.  I enjoyed seeing his photos.

Portugal "Dia do Combatente" (The Fighter's Day)

Day of remembrance (La Lys Battle 1918)

John Smalbrugge joins us from Canada with his fully loaded 1/48 AMT - ERTL Fairchild A-10A Thunderbolt.  John chose a a great looking camo and posed his A-10 in-flight in a dive...possibly attacking a target.  It doesn't get much sweeter than this.

Bartosz Piotrowski is here with a very rare model.  This is his 1/72 High Planes Models Sea Fury "Furias" Unlimited Racer built out of the box.  This particular Sea Fury was fitted with the big motor used in the very last Corsairs and many other aircraft and was then used in the Air races for many years wearing a variety of paint schemes.  The more powerful motor certainly gave this Sea Fury the muscle to complete with the racing Corsairs.  Very cool model Bartosz...thanks for showing us.

Christophe COUDERT has done a wonderful job on his 1/48 KITECH Su-35.  This is not the easiest kit in the world to build, but Christophe stuck with it and finished it as a Russian jet wearing the attractive blue camo.  I love the look of the finished model.

Lee Burns has hit a home run with his 1/48 Tamiya Supermarine Spitfire Mk1.  Lee added Eduard photo etch to the cockpit and then dressed up the exterior to a very high standards with full weathering.  Enjoy the photos...this one is a beauty.

Rob Haelterman joins us today with four of his tiny 1/144 Trumpeter Me262's.  Each of these is a captured me 262 in British, American, French and Russian markings using decals are from Retrokit.  It's very cool to see all these captured Me 262's in one article.


Dragan Cvetic joins us with his 1/72 Fujimi Bell 212 in the very attractive colours for a chopper used by his local police in their fight against terrorism.  His model was completed using Balkan Models decals.


Burt Gustafson is here with one of the Japanese colour birds.  This is his 1/72 Hasegawa F-15J Eagle in JASDF 50th Anniversary markings that include large snow flakes on the tail.  I love seeing these special Japanese color birds.

Mukund Vora gets today started with his 1/48 Academy Su-27 UB converted to Su-30 MKI.  Mukund did this conversion using the conversion set from Windmark Models and a full weapons load from a Trumpeter Su-24 Fencer.  This his Sukhoi was given a what-if paint scheme and Indian Air Force markings.  No doubt about it...this is one sharp looking Su-30 and I'm glad I got to see photos of it.

Don Enlow is here with two USMC Corsairs from WW2.  These are his 1/48 Tamiya F4U-1/2 and 1/48 F4U-1A....both in USMC markings and both flown by very noteworthy pilots.  Don tell a bit about these pilots as well as some of the more unique things about their planes that he discovered during his research.  Both Corsairs look excellent in their PTO weathering.

Dragan Cvetic has done an exceptional job on his 1/72 Italeri Harrier GR.3.  Dragan added scratchbuilt details to the cockpit, rescribed the panel lines and added a weapons load before finishing it off as one of the Harriers used in the Falklands War.  Very nicely done indeed.

Falklands/Malvinas War Anniversary

Ong Hou Bu a.k.a Easy-Model did a beautiful job on this 1/48 Revell Germany F-15I Ra'am.  This model used the Revell kit and added all the Ra'am parts and decals from the Academy kit along with resin exhaust nozzles from Aires to create this stunning model.  Wow it looks beautiful.

Carmel J Attard joins us with his very colourful civilian 1/72 Italeri / Pavlamodels SIAI S.79 Corsa.  This combines the Italeri kit with the Pavlamodel conversion set to make this very attractive tri-motor civilian airliner.  Carmel tells the history of this rare aircraft as well as all this is involved to built one of these SIAI S.79 Corsa's. 

Carlos Salazar is here with his very nicely done 1/72 Hobbycraft Yak-38 as seen during Operation Romb.  Carlos chose a great looking camo from Operation Romb in Afghanistan in 1980.  Carlo left the upper intake open to display the VTOL abilities of this aircraft and added weapons pods to the wing pylons.  It's very cool to see a Yak 38 from Operation Romb.

Shawn "phantom" Weiler is here to mark the Royal Canadian Air Force Anniversary with his 1/48 Hasegawa CF-18AM Hornet.  Shawn built this Hornet in-flight with a full weapons load as one of the jets that operated recently in Libya.  I'm pleased to say he has also include a photos of many of his RCAF colour birds....what a wonderful display that is.  Simply beautiful Shawn.

Artur Oslizlo/Arkady72 is here from Poland to mark the RAF Anniversary with his 1/48 Italeri Westland Wessex HU.5.  This is an RAF rescue machine operating out of Cyprus and wow.....check out the weathering and fading on the paint job....it's perfect.

Tolga ULGUR has done his usual spectacular job on his 1/48 Hasegawa Hawker Typhoon Mk.Ib.  Tolga dressed up the cockpit with parts from CMK and Ultracast and finished off the detailing with Ultracast exhausts.  His Typhoon was then given a flawless weathered paint job for an RAF machine.

Robert Serfőző is here from Hungary with his very colourful and eye catching 1/72 Italeri MiG-29.  This MiG-29 is wearing a special colour scheme for the Hungarian Air Force 60th anniversary.  This is a very complicated paint scheme, but Robert got his MiG-29 looking perfect.

Nick Williamson has done a wonderful job finishing and weathering his has 1/48 OH-58D Kiowa.  Nick really did capture the look of a Kiowa very well as you will see in his photos.  The attention he paid to the painting and weathering of his Kiowa makes it look very realistic.  Beautiful work Nick.

Luis Caputo is here with his beautifully done 1/48 Czech Models T-34C-1 Turbo Mentor.  Luis finished his Mentor in the marking for a Argentine machine from the Falklands/Malvinas war.  Luis has included some interesting history on this particular aircraft.
